Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 days for delivery across India depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may occasionally take slightly longer.

In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are fulfilled via our shipping partners directly to your designated address.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@leaflab.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages in Transit

LEAF LAB ENTERPRISE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
