Return Policy
At LEAF LAB ENTERPRISE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the guidelines detailed below.
Return Window
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging. (Due to the health/consumable nature of our products, opened supplements cannot be returned).
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods or custom products.
- Items that have been opened, unsealed, or partly consumed.
- Gift cards.
- Items bought during clearance sales or specifically marked "Final Sale".
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at care@leaflab.in. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
